One Frame

 

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Services (hereinafter the “GT&C”) are intended to define the terms and conditions under which the company One Frame provides its services connecting property owners and audiovisual professionals (production companies, agencies, studios) for filming, photo shoots, and advertising productions.

2. Company Information

One Frame is a company specialized in assisting property owners who wish to make their property available for audiovisual projects, as well as in sourcing locations tailored to production needs.

One Frame acts as an intermediary and is neither a producer nor an organizer of film shoots.

One Frame is represented by Mr. Roman Cohen, sole trader registered under SIREN number 940 292 881 / SIRET 940 292 881 00015.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the website and services provided by One Frame implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GT&C.
Both the property owner and the production company acknowledge having read and accepted them without reservation.

4. Access to Services

One Frame’s services are available to:

• Property owners (houses, apartments, offices, unique venues) wishing to list their property;

• Audiovisual professionals seeking locations for their projects.

Access to certain services may require the provision of accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

5. Property Listing

The property owner provides One Frame with descriptive information about the property (photos, location, features).

One Frame reserves the right to:

• Accept or refuse the listing of a property;

• Remove a property from the catalog at any time, particularly in the event of inaccurate information or non-compliance.

Listing a property does not in any way constitute an obligation to make it available for a shoot.

6. Introductions and Shoot Proposals

One Frame presents listed properties to productions selected according to their needs.

Each shoot proposal includes detailed information, notably:

• The nature of the project,

• The dates and duration,

• The terms of occupancy,

• The proposed compensation.

The property owner remains entirely free to accept or refuse each proposal.

7. Property Use Agreement

If a project is accepted, a specific property use agreement is entered into between the property owner and the production company, with the involvement of One Frame.

This agreement specifies in particular:

• The conditions of use of the location,

• Insurance coverage,

• Responsibilities,

• Restoration or compensation terms.

8. Compensation

Our commission is charged exclusively to the production, never to the owner. It is calculated based on the amount of the location fee according to the following scale: for any rental up to €3,500, we apply a fixed fee of €500. Above €3,500, our commission is 15% of the rental amount.

Additional fees may apply if you would like us to handle the drafting of location agreements and other administrative documents related to the project.

Example: for a location fee of €5,000, the production pays €5,000 to the owner and €750 to One Frame.

9. Insurance and Liability

Each production company must take out the necessary insurance policies, including civil liability insurance covering material damage and bodily injury that may occur during the shoot.

One Frame verifies the existence of such coverage but cannot be held liable for:

• Damage caused by the production company,

• Failure by either party to comply with their contractual obligations.

Any deductible or insurance exclusion remains the responsibility of the production company.

10. User Obligations

Users undertake to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information;

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations;

• Not infringe upon the rights of third parties or the image of One Frame.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the One Frame website (texts, images, logos, trademarks, structure) are protected by intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected is used exclusively within the scope of services provided by One Frame.

It is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

13. Limitation of Liability

One Frame acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the conclusion of a shoot or any minimum level of income for the property owner.

Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of project cancellation, force majeure, or events attributable to a third party.

14. Amendment of the Terms

One Frame reserves the right to amend these GT&C at any time.

The applicable terms are those in force on the date of use of the website or services.

 

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GT&C are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
