We'll get back to you within 48 hours with a selection of venues tailored to your needs. If none of our venues match your requirements, we can also conduct a custom search for you. Once you've chosen a venue, we take care of everything: contacting the owner, contract preparation, and coordination right up to the big day.

Our commission is charged exclusively to the production company, never to the owner. It is calculated on the rental amount according to the following scale: for any rental up to €3,500, we apply a fixed fee of €500. Above €3,500, our commission is 15% of the rental amount. Additional fees may apply if you would like us to handle the drafting of the provision contracts and other administrative documents related to the project. Example: for a €5,000 rental fee, the production company pays €5,000 to the owner and €750 to One Frame.
